Beautiful Day
After church the boys begged for another bike ride. We didn't go quite as far today because we are heading to a friend's house to hit some batting practice off the pitching machine. Had a 6" turkey on wheat from Subway (Hey it worked for Jarred). Felt a little better today. Did feel a little light headed getting out of the car after we got home. Good news, only got off the bike once and that was more or less because the boys were in front of me. I am getting better.

caloric wise I try to stay about 1500 cals to 2000 cals. Eating less while not stopping your system casues it to become sluggish and can impede your weight loss a bit. Another thing you need to realise is that while you are loosing weight you are also gaining muscle from the biking. Keep doing what you are doing just now and increase the input and it will help. My recommendation is to maybe use something like sparkpeople.com to keep track.
